Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging.

2. Not eligible

We cannot accept returns for change of mind, minor variations in colour, size or finish that are natural to handcrafted products, items damaged after delivery through misuse, or custom and made-to-order items.

3. How to request a return

Email info@artisticalchemyllp.in or WhatsApp +91 91736 72455 within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and confirm the next steps.

4. Condition of returned items

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Because artwork is fragile, please pack it carefully; we recommend keeping the original packing.

5. Refunds and replacements

After we receive and inspect the item, we will offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method, or by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

6. Shipping costs

If the item was damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable otherwise. International customs duties are not refundable.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.
